Customers will not always be right but if they are treated right, they will grow your business. Don’t kill your business with your attitude and blame others for it.
I am convinced that our ancestors will look at us today and weep because if they had the education, exposure, and enlightenment we have, they would have done better. We’ve sold our consciences so cheap, it’s beyond redemption.
